Han Solo

Is there anyone who doesn't like Harrison Ford as Han Solo in Star Wars?

I have always been a fan of Star Wars for many of the same reasons you have mentioned. One of the strongest qualities of the six episode series has been the character development and connecting the story to the audience (relatibility). So many action flicks pay no attention or effort to relating the characters to the audience, and therefore when a spectator views the film, he or she could not give a damn about the characters and the story is thus meaningless. Most action films are mere eye candy, but the Star Wars series raised the bar initially with episodes IV-VI [with characters like Luke, but especially Harrison Ford's Hans Solo].
