Gwen, Your Abs are Perfect!
Why can't we have them? Now!
We stare at our reflection in the mirror. We turn sideways … Hmm … A belly. Yikes. How did that happen? We turn on the TV. Gwen Stefani. How did she get those abs? And why don’t we have them? Good heavens, the girl is thin! We switch the channel. But the image is already embedded into our brain. And a nagging sense of discomfort now accompanies us.
