Good review of the acting in Cursed

An even bigger disappointment is Christina Ricci. She is brilliant in her roles, usually, but this one seemed somewhat half-assed - as though all the movie represented for her was another paycheck. Though she isn’t the only one guilty of bad acting. There’s Joshua Jackson, and Jesse Eisenberg. The ever important first-to-die roles are filled by Shannon Elizabeth and singer Mya.
